Inspired by the recent presidential elections in the US, ‘Trump Toupee’ is a perfect combination of stir-fired bok choy bed, crispy sweet potato and plantain hash brown ‘toupee’, coconut, garlic & cashew crust, mahi-mahi and finally, sour ‘Clinton’ (local soursop) & wasabi dressing.
Let us just say that the dish stole the hearts of the judges and once again proved that a perfect crew is nothing less than essential to an unforgettable luxury charter experience.
